- Leprosy Technician: (i) 12th pass (ii) Paramedical Leprosy Technician Course (iii) 02 years experience.
- Staff Nurse: (i) BSc (Nursing) or 12th pass+GNM (ii) 02 years experience.
- X-ray Technician: (i) BSc (Physics) (ii) Diploma in Radiography (iii) 02 years experience.
- Health Visitor and Leprosy Technician: (i) 10th pass (ii) Leprosy Technician Course.
- Psychiatric Counselor: (i) MA (Clinical Psychology/Counseling Psychology) (ii) 02 years experience.
